We'll start with a consultation to just get to know each other. We'll talk about the basics of your wedding; the date, location, budget and wedding ideas. However, this meeting really is just for us to get to know each other! Planning something as monumental as your wedding day it is a very intimate process. We'll be spending the next year or more together and we'll work best if we start off by becoming friends. I'll ask you about your hobbies, favorite date nights, what you do for work. We'll talk about how you met your fiance, some special moments in your love story. We want to know the essence of you and your love story.

The next step is pretty simple. Once you've booked with us, we'll give you access to our online management tool. We'll walk you through how it works and there you will fill out a questionnaire about your wedding day. This is your first opportunity to really get into the details of how you dream your wedding to look. How you want to feel on your wedding day. You can even share your Pinterest board to this questionnaire. This really gives us a look into your style and how you hope the day to look. By understanding all of the details about your hopes and dreams for the day or even your worries, we're able to curate a hand crafted experience for you, your fiance and loved ones to experience. Our main goal is to create a wedding day so unique to you that your friends and family will walk in and say "of course this is their wedding!".

Some clients come to us with a hard number in place that they know they don't want to go over. Some couples have a range of financial comfortability. Some couples have no idea how much to budget for. Fret not, we curate a budget specific and personal to your comfortability and desired wedding day look, feel and experience. We sit down with you and discuss everything you hope to include in your wedding. We'll talk about some of the most important aspects of the day to you and your loved ones. Finally we'll talk about how much services and products really cost in this region. We'll create a budget specific to your needs and vision. We strive to stay within this set budget, never more. 

Once you've filled out your questionnaire, we'll move onto the design portion. We'll present you with 2-3 mood board options to really dive into your style. These mood boards give you a broad overview of how the wedding will take shape. We'll make adjustments as needed and present you with your design proposal. This is a 10-15 page document detailing every aspect of the wedding day and how it will look, feel, taste, and smell. Sometimes it can be hard to visualize design ideas particularly when they hold so much value. This is the portion of the process where we'll create renderings for any custom designs to aid you in understanding and visualizing how the wedding day will come together.

After we've composed your design proposal, we'll present you with your vendor options. We often get asked if we have a list of preferred vendors we like to work with. We work to curate an event specific and personal to each one of our clients. We take the time to review each vendor category and research from past experience and our vast network to present you with vendor options that will only provide the exact look and service we're striving for on your wedding day. We ask that you trust our expertise knowing that we  have you in mind when hand picking your dream vendor team.

Once we've decided on all design and vendors, you can rest easy knowing that The Composed Collective has everything else under control. We'll have monthly check in meetings to discuss all progress that has been made and any touch points that might need more attention. We'll send you monthly check lists to ensure you're staying on top of time-sensitive items. We'll coordinate with your curated team of vendors to work collaboratively in making your big day come to life.

We work on site to oversee all aspects of production and execution. We troubleshoot anything that may veer from our plan to ensure that you can truly live in the moment, stress-free.
